Welcome to suvaisite.wordpress.com, Viju’s Kitchen, a cookery blog. I’m serving in the prestigious group of SBIOA.Schools functioning at MOGAPPAIR, Chennai ( SBIOA.MODEL MAT. & HR. SEC. SCHOOL) for the past 14 years as a biology teacher. Also, I would love to say that I am the queen of my house. Love to cook and experiment new recipes and I’m more inclined  towards the traditional cooking. I would like to teach youngsters about the traditional cooking and the healthy facts hidden.
I am a story writer, but lost my ten wonderful stories written in a bounded note book some 20 years ago, when technology was a dream.  I would like to share almost what I know about ” happy” cooking recipes and easy techniques to cope up the fast world. In my blog I have mentioned about few quick, instant and easy recipes that are tested by me. Please click on the menu, on homepage for ” Instant Recipes” The recipes of pickles are tested, some are my own and some are collected from various sources. I may be sharing some tips on health and beauty also in future. I have pages like non-vegetarian, sweets, desserts, please tap the menu for more recipes and do comment.

My other talents are gardening, craft, sewing and I am a multi linguist with knowledge of four languages Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Hindi and English. Was an active member of Inner Wheel Club during 1997-2002 District 3230 and also served the club as president and secretary. Served the community in polio plus camps and gynecology camps creating great awareness in women hygiene and was awarded for the excellent service rendered. Later got shifted to Chennai where I was forced to concentrate more on my children and job, please do visit my page ” My Blogging Journey”.
I have started this blog, here in the US with my son’s help as I am here for a few days. During my stay here, I am learning so much about blogging and thanks to my son Dr. Naresh Sundarrajan.
